Session  # 2: 

• The Love Language assessment is a guide to help you identify how to communicate your love to a person. 
• 1 - Words of Affirmation / Acts of Service
• 2 - Quality Time / Physical Touch 
• The triangle diagram states that the closer I get to God (top point), the closer we get to each other (no short cuts).  What behavior change do I need to make to bring me closer to God. 
• Relationships makes other person better.   Your growth and movement are indications that the relationships is nestled in an environment of growth. 
• We applied 1 Cor. 10:31 to help answer struggles that seem to have no clear response.  
• Think how severe the consequences will be on actions done today (serious or petty).   
• Next Sessions:
• Feb 5, 6:30pm
• Feb 19, 6:30pm

Session # 1: 

• Marriage is designed by God and it is for a lifetime.   Spend time with God.  "Triangle.  You are both at the bottom end, and God on the top.  The closer you get to God to the top, the closer you are to each other.  
• If it is worth keeping for a lifetime, it should be worth preparing for.
• Vow:  "For better or worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part."
• Communication:  Learn the love-language of each person. 
• Plan:  To be married on __________________.  (Give me the date again that we are shooting for?)
• Sessions:  
• Tue, Jan 23 after work and before young adults
• Mon, Feb. 19 after lunch or Tue, Feb 20 after work

Before Session 2:  Tue, Jan 23 Session:   

• Read the bible and pray together.  Build your relationship in Christ. 
• Register this sunday and attend Edify on Sat, 1/27, 10am.  It's a session at the church about digging deep in the word.  Marriage is one of the topics.  
• Watch the video of "What are The 5 Love Languages"  
• Finish this quiz to determine your "Love Language"
